About Simms Place
Simms Place is owned and operated by John and Jaimie Simms. It's located at their lake house residence in Warrenton, MO.
John and Jaimie call their property Simms Place because Simms is their last name and it's where they live.
To best describe Simms Place, it's a private, mom and pop, outdoor, multi-purpose venue for small weddings and other private occasions.
All the landscaping at Simms Place was completed by John. The rocks used for the landscaping were dug up from the land. Jaimie helped out with the aesthetics of the landscaping and John and his dad built the 16 x 16 ft platform by the lake. As for the gravel, tree service, plumbing, septic, etc, the Simms family hires mostly Warrenton and Wright City businesses.
At Simms Place, you may see the following wildlife: deer, fox, squirrels, rabbits, lizards, snakes, turtles, frogs and various bird such as bald eagles, great horned and barred owls, hummingbirds, finches, blue birds, cardinals, blue jays, robins, red tail hawks, ravens, turkey, ducks and geese.
In regards to fishing, we have bass, catfish, carp, bluegill, crappie, etc.
