1). The owners live on the property and have 24 hour surveillance cameras. No Trespassing. Only scheduled appointments are allowed to tour our venue.
2). Solicitation is not allowed in our private subdivision. However, you can contact us though this webpage.
3). The Simms family (Simms Place) is in compliance with its HOA's subdivision indentures and all visitors (nonresidents) must comply with them as well including other rules, guidelines and warnings posted on signs throughout the subdivision and around the lake.
